Cup Sealing Machines

We offer Cup Sealing Machines that are used for sealing aluminum lidding foils on plastic cups/trays. These enclose a linear slide for easy entry & removal of cups and a cup holder for easy location of foils on the cups. This ensures that there is no lateral movement between the two, resulting in a perfectly aligned seal. The cup holders and sealing lips of the machines can be easily changed to accommodate cups of different sizes. Our range can also be availed with 1 pneumatic cylinder for semi automatic operation.

Our clients can avail from us Heat Sealing Machines that are used for sealing inner lids of plastic containers. These are also used to seal aluminum foils on plastic containers. The sealing surface of the machines is 150 mm in diameter and can admit a maximum diameter of 35mm.

Our range of Perfume Bottle Sealers is widely used in perfume industry for sealing atomizers on glass bottles. These are standard machines that are table mounted and extremely portable. The sealers have collets with 32 teeth that give an aesthetic seal to the atomizer cap. Collets of various sizes can be threaded on the machine for different sizes of atomizers. Further, we can also customize our range in terms of their sizes as per the specifications of our clients.

Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Capping & De-Capping Tools. These find applications in laboratories & small production runs and are widely used for crimping / de-capping aluminum caps on glass/aluminum vials. Available in three standard sizes, such as 13mm, 20mm and 32mm diameters, our tools can be further customized as per the specifications of our clients.

A modified model of Capping & De-Capping Tools in vertical arrangement is also available with us. These are used for sealing atomizers on perfume bottles and are available in standard sizes of 15mm & 20mm.
