Our range of Bottle Washing Machines comprises soaking tank, bottle brushing unit and rinse unit. These are used for small and mid sized bottlers with bottling capacity of up to 12000 bottles per day. Our machines are compact in size and occupy less floor space for the three distinct operations these perform. Our range of machines can be operated by two operators for maximizing output.

The Bottle Brushing Unit offered by us is ideal for the bottle washing needs. These are equipped with four brushes that can be used by two operators for brushing glass bottles from inside as well as the neck region. The unit can be conveniently mounted on any existing soaking tank by securing the channels provided at the bottom of the unit.

We offer bottle rinser units to rinse pre-soaked bottles, prior to filling. These contain a stainless steel frame upon which 24 cups are placed for receiving the bottles. The unit can be coupled along with a pump that can develop pressure up to 2.5kgf /cm2. A brass ball valve is also supplied to cut off the supply of water when not needed.

Our range of Gas Volume Tester is used to measure the amount of dissolved carbon dioxide in carbonated drinks. These are indispensable instruments for any aerated drink making unit. Our range is available for both glass bottles fitted with crown caps and PET bottles with plastic ROPP caps as well.
